【祖康食品】告訴您們貴港冰淇淋粉過儲(chǔ)存期了不可食用。食物安全一直都是人類關(guān)注的重中之重，但現(xiàn)在十分多食品皆留存著健康問題。一些購物中心熱愛將一小部分即將逾期的食物取出來降價(jià)促銷，很多人為了實(shí)惠一定會(huì)采辦老多，購時(shí)不注意瞧儲(chǔ)存期，不小心還吃到過期。近日，老多客戶說出疑點(diǎn)，逾期的冰淇淋粉又能不能食用？吃了又會(huì)怎樣呢？冰淇淋粉的保質(zhì)期一般是18個(gè)月，開包裝后*好盡快用完，不用時(shí)放入密封的保鮮盒再放入冰箱冷藏，這樣保質(zhì)期相對(duì)比較長，可以變質(zhì)二個(gè)月左右，因?yàn)樵谏a(chǎn)過程中冰淇淋粉都是經(jīng)過特殊處理的，使冰淇淋粉包裝內(nèi)部處于無菌干燥狀態(tài)。沒開封的冰淇淋粉常溫狀態(tài)下保質(zhì)期18個(gè)月。
食物逾期后會(huì)為微生物的發(fā)展繁殖、化學(xué)反應(yīng)和食物自身的新陳代謝作用而爆發(fā)變質(zhì)，食物腐壞能發(fā)生有差別的結(jié)果。一種是對(duì)人類相對(duì)的，相對(duì)無害的變質(zhì)，例如外表、架構(gòu)和香味的改變，某些營養(yǎng)元素的消耗等；
另一種也是要對(duì)人類無益的腐壞，像某類細(xì)菌、霉菌一大撥發(fā)展繁殖造成毒素，或者某一類食物中的脂肪氧化而變酸，或有一些食品發(fā)生分解產(chǎn)生無益成分等，這一類腐爛常常造成有毒有害要素。通常情況下喝了過期的冰淇淋粉，不至于引起中毒，也許會(huì)擁有稍微的不舒服。
鄙人由訂購食物時(shí)，要盡可能篩選靠攏生產(chǎn)日期的產(chǎn)品，這類健康才還有保護(hù)。買時(shí)也要到規(guī)模龐大的商店亦或是連鎖超市，不能去小商小販那訂購。
